Ehsan College of Pharmacy follows a transparent and merit-based admission policy in accordance with the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) guidelines.
Admission Process
1. Obtain Application Form
- The application form can be collected from the college office or downloaded from the official website.
2. Fill & Submit the Application
- Complete the form with accurate details.
- Attach the required documents and submit them before the deadline.
3. Merit-Based Selection
- Admissions are granted based on merit, following the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and Diploma in Pharmacy Examination Committee, Ranchi guidelines.
- Shortlisted candidates will receive admission confirmation.
4. Fee Payment
- Selected candidates must pay the admission fee within the specified time to confirm their enrollment.
5. Final Admission Confirmation
- Upon fee payment and verification of documents, the admission will be officially confirmed.
Admission Rules
- Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics from a recognized board.
- Document Verification: All submitted documents must be authentic and valid. Any discrepancy may lead to rejection.
- Reservation Policy: Seats are reserved for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates as per government norms.
- Attendance Requirement: Students must meet the minimum attendance criteria set by the institution to be eligible for exams.
- Code of Conduct: Admitted students must follow the college rules, discipline, and ethical guidelines throughout the course.
- Fee Refund Policy: Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under specific circumstances as per college policy.
- Ragging Prohibited: The college follows a strict anti-ragging policy as per UGC and PCI regulations.
